What We Need
As the Learning and Development Trainer, you are responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs that build employee skills, enhance performance, and support organizational goals. This role partners closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and the L&D team to facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning, provide feedback to improve training content, and ensure learning objectives are met.
What You’ll Do

Facilitate high-impact instructor-led and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.

Adapt delivery style to meet the needs of different audiences and learning objectives.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

Assess participant engagement and knowledge retention through observation, discussion, and formal evaluations.

Provide feedback to the L&D team on course effectiveness, learner needs, and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain training records and track participant progress using the LMS.

Support onboarding, leadership development, manager training, and other enterprise learning initiatives as needed.

Stay current on training techniques, adult learning principles, and industry best practices to continuously improve delivery quality.
What Will Make You A Great Fit
-
2+ years of experience delivering professional or corporate training programs.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick model). -
Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone) and virtual training platforms (Zoom).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse audiences

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training sessions and schedules.
