Associate Process Manager

SUMMARY: 

  • Supports process improvement and scheduling while driving the creation, standardization, and maintenance of documentation to enhance operational efficiency while building upon foundational skills in project management.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with conducting process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, streamline work, and reduce waste.
  • Partner with manger to build schedules, track dependencies and status, ensuring they are maintained and adjusted.
  • Assist in writing documentation, process walkthroughs, maintaining SDLC methodologies, and improving departmental processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement by standardizing templates and documentation practices in tools like Confluence, Jira, and TestRail from Director’s plan.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Interest in developing skills in project management and process improvement.

  • Core Skills
    • Attention to Detail – ensuring accuracy in documentation, schedules, and process updates.
    • Communication (Written & Verbal) – clear documentation, status updates, and collaboration.
    • Analytical Thinking – ability to identify inefficiencies, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
    • Adaptability & Flexibility – comfortable with shifting project needs, tools, and priorities.
    • Organization & Time Management – ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and adjust to changing priorities.
    • Problem-Solving – contributing to solutions for workflow bottlenecks or process gaps.
  • Technical/Tool Knowledge
    • Project & Task Tracking Tools – basic to intermediate use of Jira (or similar tools like Asana, Trello, MS Project).
    • Documentation Tools – Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Office (especially Excel/Word), TestRail (or similar).
    • Scheduling & Tracking – understanding task dependencies, timelines, and milestone tracking.
    • Workflow/Methodologies – awareness of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall basics.
    • Template & Standardization Practices – ability to apply consistency in formatting, process docs, and reporting.
  • Foundational Knowledge
    • Project Management Fundamentals – exposure to PM principles (scope, timeline, resources, risk).
    • Change Management Awareness – understanding how process changes affect teams and work output.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in a Quality Assurance Lead or Game Production position.
  • Strong proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Confluence) and project management software (e.g., Jira or MS Project).
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent understanding of Development and QA process, tools, and practices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or cross-functional team environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $72,000 and $106,560 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
