Revenue Operations Associate

What We’re Looking For:
The Revenue Operations Associate is a critical part of the Enterprise Revenue Operations team, helping to deliver and enhance both the experience of our buyers and the teams that support them. You’ll work with a variety of stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support and Success, Finance, and Legal to drive processes forward at key points in the buyer’s journey. This role is also expected to contribute to priority projects in addition to process support and management responsibilities.
We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented professional with a drive toward delivering solutions and achieving outstanding results.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
The Revenue Operations Associate’s individual responsibilities will vary by week and ultimately depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the immediate process support needs of the business. Generally, these responsibilities fall into the following categories:
- Support vendor registration and the occasional RFP request, leveraging our internal knowledge base and relationships with subject matter experts as needed
- Facilitate clarity on deal desk requests, engaging stakeholders from several functions
- Support process management needs in quotations, invoices, and order processing
- Ensure timely operational support to drive accurate financial allocation reporting for customer orders
- Analyze data to investigate analytical questions and draft reports needed by the business
- Contribute to the timely completion of priority projects, completing pre-defined, deadline-driven tasks

- Strong written and verbal communication
Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:
- Exposure to B2B sales technology and processes
- Experience working in a professional setting with various teams and departments, such as Finance and Legal
- Familiarity with SaaS sales or reviewing contracts
