Portfolio Strategy & Product Marketing Manager

What We’re Looking For:
The Senior Manager of Portfolio Strategy & Product Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio. Operating at the intersection of Strategy, Marketing, and Product Development, this role focuses on identifying new opportunities to meet evolving market demands while maximizing the value of our current offerings. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the business and engage directly with our valued partners.
This position is best suited for a curious, analytical, and commercially focused individual capable of connecting the dots between art and science. Candidates with one of the following backgrounds may be a good fit: Research, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Ed-Tech/Education, Product Strategy, Learning & Development or Marketing.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Portfolio Strategy
- Identify and cultivate high-impact content opportunities that align with market demand, skill gaps, and organizational objectives.
- Evaluate potential product opportunities by assessing their market viability, learner relevance, and strategic fit.
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio to ensure it reflects current market needs and learner expectations, designing strategies to refresh and expand offerings.
- Assess and prioritize partnership opportunities, engaging with current and prospective partners to provide strategic guidance that maximizes impact and positions initiatives for long-term success.
- Support the teams focused on learning product improvements while monitoring the impact of new initiatives on learner satisfaction.
- Provide input into learning experience design and best practices to prioritize quality at scale.
- Product Marketing
- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and competitor benchmarks to inform strategy, value proposition, and positioning.
- Become an expert on the learning product and relevant competition in the EdTech sector; synthesize data to shape and future-proof the content portfolio.
- Analyze competitor product pricing to inform changes to pricing strategy, including pricing for new models.
- Help to position learning experiences and improvements effectively to B2C learners.
- Performance Analysis
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and outcomes to inform improvements and guide product strategy.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction metrics.
- Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations effectively across the organization, contributing to the creation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters degree preferred)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work independently and flexibly across global teams and time zones
