Interpret KPIs, contextualize data with its limitations and business relevance, and synthesize data into coherent narratives.
Conduct drop-off analysis, vertical performance reviews, and regional trend tracking to support Degree/Exec Ed/Open Courses business health.
  • Reporting
Build and maintain customized reports, visualizations, and dashboards to reveal key data and insights.
Collaborate with the Portfolio Team to centralize reporting for Degree/Exec Ed/Open Courses.
Support self-serve reporting capabilities to enable stakeholders to access and act on performance insights independently.
  • Relationship Management
Work effectively with cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical departments.
Nurture stakeholder relationships to build trust and remain informed of key business context.
Actively collaborate with Enrollment Services, Partner Operations, Brand Marketing, and Email teams.
  • Operational Support
Partner with departments to identify and implement operational improvements.
Use analysis and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support cross-sell, upsell, and cohort-level strategy initiatives in coordination with the Enrollments team.
  • Forecasting & Business Insights
Conduct monthly and short-term forecasting using pacing curve models to anticipate performance and guide strategic adjustments.
Deliver full-year projections and provide business recommendations.
Align capacity planning and enrollment targets with operational and marketing teams to meet demand.
  • Communication of Results
Effectively communicate analysis, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
Present persuasive recommendations for improvements in marketing, pricing, communication strategy, and course performance

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a concentration in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Math, Information Systems, Political Science).
  • 0-2 years of relevant analytical experience in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated skill in using data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple workstreams.
  • Enthusiasm and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in Higher Education is a plus, but not required.
