Employee Experience HR Specialist
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiting, HR Operations and other teams, as necessary, to ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (from time of offer through offboarding).
- Organize and manage employee events, such as team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, to strengthen interpersonal relationships and team cohesion.
- Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities, programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and culture.
- Promote open and transparent communication channels within the organization. Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.
- Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to support employees’ physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance.
- Facilitate the administrative tasks of Agile Training and other various trainings that enhance employee skills, job satisfaction, and career growth.
- Develop, implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends.
- Analyze employee engagement data and prepare reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to management
- Serve as local HR contact and support for Philippines-based employees.
- Support the development and implementation of US HR and Philippines HR initiatives and systems
- Handle other HR-related duties and responsibilities, as may be required.
- Perform office management duties as requested. This role is required to be onsite at least 3x a week.
- Host All Hands meeting, biweekly practice calls, organize new hire activities, daily management of background screenings, escalations with the client for background screens.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs; after-hours flexibility is occasionally required
- Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through, internally and externally, in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, ever-changing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Familiarity with and/or demonstrated aptitude to learn technology tools and apps such as:
- DocuSign
- Paylocity
- Track record of excellent performance in the areas of teamwork, customer service, and problem solving
