Responsibilities:

• Technical Delivery

o Build and deliver AI/ML and data solutions on Azure with minimal oversight
o Apply modern frameworks, tools, and practices to design scalable solutions
o Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and security expectations
• Client Engagement 
o Contribute to discovery and design workshops by sharing technical insight
o Translate business requirements into actionable solution components
o Build trust with client stakeholders through high-quality delivery

• Project & Delivery Management

 o Work independently within project teams to deliver assigned components on time and with quality
o Collaborate with architects and project leads to resolve challenges
o Support pre-sales and proposal efforts by contributing technical expertise
• Leadership & People
o Share knowledge with peers and junior team members
o Contribute to best practices, frameworks, and accelerators within the practice
o Seek opportunities to expand skills and stay current with emerging AI trends

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to contribute independently across most areas of AI solution delivery
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles preferred

Proficiency across most of the following areas:
o Agents & Orchestration – leveraging Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar frameworks to design intelligent workflows; applying tool/function calling, planner and agent-based patterns, and workflow automation engines
o Search & Retrieval – implementing solutions with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus; applying hybrid search methods, re-ranking strategies, and selecting embedding models for accuracy and performance
o Evaluation, Quality & LLM Operations – establishing offline and online evaluation approaches; using golden datasets, hallucination and groundedness validation, toxicity and safety testing; building telemetry and feedback loops; managing monitoring, deployment pipelines, and ongoing optimization of large language models
o Responsible AI, Security & Privacy – incorporating practices such as threat modeling, privacy reviews, data minimization, safety guardrails, policy enforcement, auditability, and model risk management in line with GDPR and organizational standards
o AI Platforms & Data Foundations – applying hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and related modern data platforms
o Cloud Engineering – designing with APIs, containers, microservices, and DevOps pipelines to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions
o Data Integration & Governance – developing and managing data pipelines; applying quality controls, metadata practices, and master data management approaches
o Analytics & Visualization – delivering insights with Power BI and other visualization tools
• Proficiency with modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor
• Ability to work with little to no oversight while delivering assigned work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate technical work into business value during client interactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn
• Balance autonomy with teamwork, contributing reliably to larger project goals
