Inside Sales Representative

**This is an onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT**

At 3 Day Blinds, our Inside Sales Reps don’t just follow up, they close. You’ll work warm opportunities, connect with customers who already showed interest, and guide them to a confident buying decision all from a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on warm leads and open proposals to drive sales to close
• Handle inbound + outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Build rapport, uncover needs, and recommend solutions
• Overcome objections and create urgency
• Manage your pipeline and consistently move deals forward
• Partner with Design Consultants to close opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Organized, competitive, and goal-driven
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment

Nice To Have

• Experience with Salesforce – pipeline + tracking
