At 3 Day Blinds, our Inside Sales Reps don’t just answer calls — they drive revenue. You’ll connect with customers who are already interested in transforming their homes and guide them through a premium buying experience in a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow up on warm leads and open proposals to drive sales to close
  • Handle inbound + outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Build instant rapport and deliver a luxury-level customer experience
  • Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
  • Overcome objections, create urgency, and close deals
  • Manage your pipeline like a business and consistently move opportunities forward
  • Collaborate with Design Consultants to maximize revenue opportunities
