Job Overview:

As a Service Estimator, you will scope, price, and propose residential and light-commercial repair work (service tickets, small projects, leaks, storm damage, warranty items). You’ll perform site assessments, develop detailed estimates, and partner closely with Project Managers, Service Technicians, and Sales to deliver accurate, timely proposals and profitable jobs.

Qualifications:.

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating, service management, or project management
• Proficiency with roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal); ability to read plans, details, and specs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/site safety practices.
• Experience with estimating/field tools (e.g., Xactimate, EagleView/Hover, Bluebeam, Excel/Sheets).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; able to translate technical findings into clear scopes.
• Detail-oriented and organized—capable of managing multiple tickets and deadlines.
• MUST have a valid Driver’s License.

 

Location:

• Primarily on site in our Winter Park office. Occasional travel to job sites or meetings with clients as needed.

Pay:

• $65k-$75k base
