Commercial Service Manager

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (in Service)

• MUST have experience in steep and low slope

• Knowledge of TPO, PVC, mod-bit, metal, and coating systems.

• Proven ability to manage service technicians and small crews.

• Estimating and job costing experience required.

• Proficient with CRM/project management tools 

• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day commercial service operations and crews.

• Estimate, sell, and oversee small commercial repair and maintenance projects.

• Schedule and coordinate leak calls, inspections, and service work.

• Track job costs, profit margins, and completion timelines.

• Ensure all jobs meet company safety and quality standards.

• Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong relationships.

• Submit and manage commission and cap-out requests per company SOPs.

• Report on division performance and support revenue growth goals.

• Full time on site in our Winter Park office. Occasional travel to job sites or meetings with clients as needed.

• $75k-$85k annually + bonus
