We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire life cycle of our products, from the acquisition of final product.

A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve distribution issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Overseeing all daily operation form both customer handling and operation’s perspective
  • Organizing and managing 3PLs and service providers operation / documentation
  • Analyzing & optimizing logistical process to provide best in class service to current & future customers
  • Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders and other operation documentation
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
  • Strongly support to business development and brokerage teams to develop customer’s base
  • Answering customer inquiries, both timely and efficiently
  • Understanding of various logistics KPIs and its impact on the day to day operation progress
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues via close monitoring inventory levels
  • Monitor & evaluate 3PL performance

Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics management required
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong planning skill
  • Account management and customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • Generic understanding of ERP systems and how it operates
  • Good management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
