Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager 

Summary

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) will serve as the direct supervisor to the On-Site Managers (OSMs) and Reusable Asset Depots (RADs) Managers. These locations are within an assigned Region of locations. This position will report directly to Director of Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered directly and indirectly to the customer that represents area of responsibility
  • Responsible for all operational oversight and development associated with each location within an assigned region
  • Oversees multiple company locations and has ultimate P&L responsibility for those sites within his/her region. Crews at these facilities may work multiple shifts and can range in size from three to thirty employees. 
  • Must be able to analyze performance and efficiencies of the operation of sites within region, create and implement action plans, and partner with Managers to drive improvement of site, as needed
  • Must be able to give guidance and direction to Managers within assigned region
  • Must be solution driven
  • Acts as a mentor to Managers within assigned region

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ applicable experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Supervisor or Manager role
  • Preference for candidates located in a geographic area near the region assigned          
  • P&L responsibility experience required
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint computer skills required
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
    • Able to communicate exceptionally well internally and externally
  • Able to manage resources across the Region and shared services of company
  • Spanish fluency desired, but not required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow travel to various company locations
  • Requires willingness and ability to travel. Up to 100% travel required.
  • Must possess general knowledge of federal, state and local statutes governing HR practices
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality

  • This role travels approximately 75% of time time between Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana
  • The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Not limited to eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes and high visibility vests.

$100,000 - $105,000 USD
