We are truly Pallet Management Made Simple, our workforce is the heart and soul of our business, and we’re looking for our next HR Training Specialist to join our team!

As an HR Training Specialist, you’ll get to train all staff, both Operations and Corporate, in the proper Human Resources Procedures in all functional areas: Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Talent, and Employee Relations. This person will be responsible for the development of our company’s leaders to ensure compliance and utilization of the Human Resources systems and processes. The success of our HR Training Specialist is vital to the continued growth of our overall organization!

What You’ll Do

  • Work with HR leadership to develop and update training modules/manuals to align with most current policies and procedures
  • Train existing leaders and new managers during onboarding on HR Systems
  • Work with HR leadership team to identify gaps in training practices
  • Create a regular cadence of training available for all leaders of the company as refreshers and coordinate/track attendance for reporting purposes and/or state/jurisdictional compliance
  • Conduct one-on-one refresher training if/when necessary, with new and existing managers
  • Leverage knowledge base of best practices training programs
  • Maintain internal processes, databases, and application systems with regard to all HR training programs

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar preferred
  • 3-5 years of corporate/organizational training experience
  • Previous experience with the following: HRIS (ADP WFN Preferred), Applicant Tracking System,  Time and Attendance, and Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain demanding timelines

Targeted Salary Range

$65,000 - $80,000 USD
