The role

We are seeking a highly agile, strategic and data-driven Analytics & Retention Manager to help us build data-driven strategies to grow and optimise our business, in addition to taking ownership of retention marketing activities that drive engagement and repeat business.

This is a unique opportunity for a data and growth-focused candidate to help us build data driven insights to develop strategies to grow and optimise our business. You will join the Ireland Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You’ll be an integral part of a high-performing team where collaboration and focus are key to achieving our shared growth goals.

What you’ll do

  • Take a proactive, in-depth approach to analysing performance metrics to uncover gaps and opportunities for market growth. Effectively communicate insights to the Ireland Leadership Team and provide strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Measure, benchmark, and monitor the performance of IE Marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to improve key business KPIs. Take full ownership of maintaining and optimising core performance dashboards while analysing the performance of the referrals programme. Propose and implement data-driven initiatives to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Support the IE Marketing team in developing and maintaining channel-specific dashboards and reports to effectively monitor, optimise performance, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Accurately forecast and manage the marketing budget: including partnering with the local finance team to forecast the annual budget for the market.
  • Drive the local retention strategy by taking full ownership of strategic direction, planning, execution and performance analysis to enhance customer engagement and achieve key business objectives
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, and local and global marketing teams to analyse data, and build hypothesis to optmise activity
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, both locally in Ireland and across international markets
  • Strategic Optimisation: Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and meet growth objectives

What you’ll bring

  • A data-driven marketer with experience using SQL (Python a plus), Google Sheets/Excel and Tableau
  • Ability to create ad-hoc insights, reporting and visualisation 
  • Experience in building dashboards - we use Tableau
  • Experience in performing analysis with large datasets and knowing what the common pitfalls are
  • Preferably experience in working with web analytics (Google Analytics, Meta AA)
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns - experience with retention and referral activities a plus
  • A proactive and independent worker who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
  • An agile thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to meet changing priorities.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to campaign management and optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
