Senior Director of Product, Active Journey Alliance (f/m/x)

About the role 

The Senior Director of Product owns the end-to-end customer experience for active customers globally, with the mandate to significantly increase retention of our active customers for HelloFresh & Factor. From initial onboarding to ongoing engagement, habit building and retention, you will ensure that millions of subscribers experience a seamless, personalized, and highly engaging journey across both products globally. This Senior Director will lead the  Active Journey Alliance, a newly- formed team focused on enhancing the entire active customer journey across our biggest brands. This role is highly strategic and  critical to the success of the HelloFresh Group by driving customer engagement and satisfaction, scaling HelloFresh and Factor's Customer App, technical infrastructure and leading cross-functional collaboration to build best-in-class customer experiences. You will interface with multiple departments and stakeholders from Engineering, UX, Commercial, Operations to ensure that every touchpoint of the customer journey—across both brands—is seamless, data-driven, and future-proof. 

What you’ll do

• Own the entire Active journey: Be responsible for the entire customer journey for millions of active subscribers of Hello Fresh’s Meal Kit & Factor Ready-to-Eat business, ranging from fresh subscribers to highly loyal customers who love our services for over a decade 
• Build a long-term vision: Articulate a long-term vision for step-changing retention of our active customers in lockstep with company strategy and physical product leaders  - both by continuously optimizing our current experience and launching new and innovative 0-1 products.  
• Own and execute the multi-year roadmap how to deliver against the long-term vision and generate significant P&L impact. Collaborate with senior tech, commercial & operational leaders to execute in lockstep across all teams
• Lead and develop a team of worldclass product leaders and organize the team for success against our ambitious goals. Be part of the Tech leadership team and shape the overall product & strategic direction for the HelloFresh Group 

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years in product leadership with 10 years in a senior leadership role. Strong background in consumer tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based platforms, preferably in food tech or logistics-focused industries
• Proven track record in solving retention problems at large consumer brands, preferably subscription-based, by optimizing existing products and successfully launching new innovative products. Strong analytical problem solving approach paired with excellent business acumen.  
• Outstanding leadership skills and proven background in shaping world-class product leaders, constantly improving product craft and organizing for success
• Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to simplify complex problems through effective verbal and written communication to convert them into actionable plans that deliver results.
• Ability to influence people and facilitate agreements among various audiences such as senior leadership, engineering, product, UX and commercial stakeholders
