The Supply Chain Operations team is part of the Factor Upstream Operations team - together with the Sourcing Specialists, Production & Fulfillment teams you make sure products are available at the right time, quantity and quality to ensure a smooth meal production. You thrive on solving challenges, building processes and love stepping up to take the initiative. With your strong communication skills, you quickly identify bottlenecks and take decisive actions to elevate processes. You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks and adapting to a variety of tools and systems.

What you’ll do
- Responsible for placement of purchase orders with allocated vendors for a variety of food and packaging SKUs, ensuring accuracy in price, quantity, and buffer levels.
- Partner with production, fulfillment and suppliers to guarantee on-time deliveries and inventory availability.
- Recommend, test, and implement new processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Review purchasing information to validate accuracy, maintain compliance with procedures, and quickly identify discrepancies.
- Address and resolve operational, purchasing, or quality/performance issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Update purchase orders, track freight, manage production issues, process invoices, and monitor inventory levels to keep everything on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure no missed orders or ingredient substitutions due to supply issues.
- Work alongside a high-performing team to build, strengthen, and continuously improve our supply chain
What you’ll bring
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work and travel
- Stress resilience and a hands-on approach
- A proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures
- Fluency in German and English (other European languages are a plus)
