Senior Ingredient Success Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain (all genders)

The role

As a Senior Ingredient Success Manager within the Ingredient Success team - part of the Procurement & Supply Chain function at HelloFresh - you will play a key role in improving ingredient quality and ensuring stable availability across all European markets. Working closely with Procurement, FSQA, Production, Supply Chain and our Distribution Centers, you will support the execution of ingredient quality and customer perception focused improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will apply strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, map processes, improve tools, and support the rollout of scalable solutions across multiple markets. You will be a connector between market stakeholders and teams, helping translate real-world operational challenges into actionable improvements that enhance ingredient performance and customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Analyze ingredient performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities across International markets
• Partner closely with Procurement, FSQA, and Production stakeholders to ensure standardised, accurate and consistent ingredient compliance and handling
• Help design and implement tools and process improvements that enhance operational visibility, reduce customer complaints, and drive ingredient reliability
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by building dashboards, generating reports, sharing insights and best practices and maintaining data accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating pilots, monitoring project execution, and running cross-functional workshops
• Support problem solving and root causing thought process mapping, supplier/DC walkthroughs and other continuous improvement methodologies

What you’ll bring

• A Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, Food Science, or a related field and knowledge of lean, agile, or project management methodologies
• 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply chain, Quality, Consulting or continuous improvement (internships included), with a track record of reliable timeline management and outcome delivery
• Strong data analysis and a natural curiosity to incorporate AI models (Excel/ GSheets/ SQL required; Tableau/Basic coding a plus), combined with deep attention to detail and ability to translate insights into clear business applications
• Effective communication and stakeholder-coordination skills to coordinate across multicultural, cross-functional teams including suppliers, operational teams and project managers in a dynamic international environment.
• Problem-structuring mindset motivated by identifying inefficiencies, simplifying complexity and making a tangible impact on ingredient quality, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Proactive and adaptable way of working and willingness to dive into both data and operational details, balancing precision with pragmatism
• Willing to travel to Distribution Centers, European offices, and suppliers.
