Junior Supply Chain Specialist Material Planner (All Genders)
About the role: What's in the Box
The Material Planner's primary responsibility is to ensure on time, in full, and in quality availability of goods required for production.
This role involves daily incident management, requiring communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including the DC, Operational Procurement team, and Suppliers to swiftly resolve any emerging issues within the production week. A core focus is complying with key performance KPIs, particularly those related to waste mitigation and error reduction and working on efficiency through the creation of processes and continuous improvement.
Your area of responsibility
- Inbound check and handling any OTIFIQ deviations from the suppliers.
- Availability check every morning together with the inventory and production teams.
- Handling of QC blockages in close contact with FSQA and the suppliers. Incident resolution, organizing pick ups of blocked goods.
- Manage SKU Substitution, collaboration with culinary team and suppliers for error mitigation.
- Daily waste mitigation checking all supplier and inventory deviations like BBD, Replenishment deviations at the DC, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions or processes to have a sustainable waste management approach.
- Securing SKU availability for a seamless production by handling swiftly any incident that might occur on a daily basis.
- Support with information gathering and documentation to create efficient and sustainable processes and work on continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the calculation of carryover stocks at the end of the production week.

- Data Driven: ou leverage SQL and emerging AI technologies to streamline workflows, ensuring every process is optimized for maximum efficiency and continuous improvement.
- B2 German is required.
- Driven license - Good to have.
