Microsoft Program Manager
About the role
As a Microsoft Program Manager at 4PS, you are the driving force behind our strategic collaboration with Microsoft. You ensure that our programs, certifications, incentives, and market presence are fully aligned with our strategic objectives. Whether you work from home or from our office in Ede, you coordinate complex processes and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside Microsoft.
You communicate with customers and Microsoft stakeholders through all possible channels, solve problems, and ensure continuity. Together with your colleagues, you take the initiative to improve processes, optimize the use of our applications, and strengthen international alignment on all Microsoft-related topics.

You combine a service-oriented mindset with strong commercial insight and the ability to translate Microsoft’s programs into tangible value. You enjoy working with different teams and are always looking for structured, scalable solutions. You work methodically and with precision.
What you bring
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field;
- A strong affinity with Microsoft technologies, partner programs, and cloud ecosystems;
- Experience with Microsoft CSP, AppSource, and Azure Marketplace is a major plus;
- A structured, collaborative working style and the ability to coordinate virtual teams;
- Experience with tools or platforms related to partner management, incentives, or cloud operations is an advantage;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Microsoft partner programs, including certifications, specializations, and compliance requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft teams, including Partner Development Managers
- Coordinate internal virtual teams across sales, marketing, compliance, and learning & development
- Oversee CSP and incentive processes, such as claims, revenue tracking, COOP budgets, and ECIF management
- Lead Microsoft-related escalations and ensure alignment between headquarters and international teams
- Support sales and marketing with Microsoft tools, resources, and training to grow CSP activities
- Communicate insights from Microsoft initiatives, such as Copilot programs and AI-driven engagements
- Prepare analytical reports on partner performance, incentive revenue, and program return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor KPIs linked to Microsoft partnership objectives and identify opportunities for improvement
