As an intern in our Learning & Development department, you will be right at the heart of our organization. You will actively contribute to projects related to learning and development across 4PS. In addition, you’ll support the planning and coordination of training sessions, act as a point of contact for colleagues, and help organize onboarding and development programs. You will do this for both new and current employees, enabling them to develop to their full potential. At L&D, your work truly matters, and we greatly value your initiative and fresh perspective.

Hi there! We are Lotte, Nymfa, Johanna, Heidi, Jenni & Bart, and for our office in Ede we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to grow with us. With us, you won’t find a standard internship, but a place where you are encouraged to explore, experiment and make a real impact.

You will have plenty of room to develop yourself and discover where your strengths shine within L&D. Our ambitious and close‑knit team is built on connection, curiosity, and continuous progress. We’ll guide you step by step through our work and ensure you gain valuable practical experience in an international environment, with all the support you need to grow.

What will you be doing?
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to set up your own research or project, tailored to your studies and personal interests. In addition, you will contribute to a variety of initiatives within our L&D team, such as:

• Supporting internal projects related to onboarding, company culture, leadership, and HR;
• Co‑organising our international onboarding days (Foundation Days) and contributing to the further growth of the 4PS Academy;
• Helping develop and improve learning pathways, e‑learning modules, and internal training programs;
• Responding to L&D‑related questions from colleagues and thinking along with internal stakeholders about their development needs;
• Gaining a broad view of the HR field by getting exposure to other disciplines, such as recruitment.

Who are we looking for?
You are a third‑year bachelor’s or master’s student in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Sciences, or a related discipline. You enjoy learning new things. In addition, you:

• Are ambitious and take initiative, even when you’re still figuring things out;
• Have strong planning and organizational skills;
• Take responsibility when needed and enjoy thinking critically;
• Feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and can easily switch between different tasks;
• Are proactive, eager to learn, and have excellent communication skills;
• Have a good understanding of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Are available for a period of 5 months, for at least 32 hours per week;
• Can commute to Ede, where our headquarters is located.
