License Specialist (English)

Do you feel comfortable taking a leading role in the management and invoicing of licenses for the entire 4PS Group? Do you have a solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models? And do you see it as a challenge to provide our sales teams with well‑founded advice, enabling them to guide customers at the highest level? In the role of License Specialist, you will hold a key position where your expertise directly contributes to successful customer solutions.

What will you be working on?

As a License Specialist, you play a central role in managing and further professionalizing our licensing and subscription processes. Together with two colleagues, you will handle questions related to license structures, pricing calculations, and invoicing cases.

With your experience in Microsoft systems, SaaS subscriptions, and licensing models, you translate information into clear analyses and actionable advice. You support our sales teams with accurate calculations and explain the financial impact, risks, and opportunities of different scenarios.

You identify deviations or inefficiencies and proactively initiate process improvements. You ensure compliance with Microsoft and internal 4PS guidelines and translate market developments into new ways of working within the team.

In addition, you work closely with both Dutch and international colleagues and serve as a point of contact for complex licensing topics. You take ownership of parts of the billing and licensing process and prefer structural improvements over ad‑hoc solutions.

Your profile

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 5 years of work experience in a financial role.
• Experience within an ISV organization and with Microsoft systems; knowledge of SaaS subscriptions and Microsoft licensing models is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A natural ability to coach and motivate others.
