DevOps Engineer (English)

Join our DevOps platform team and shape the tools that power software delivery across our international teams. In this position, you play an important role in realizing and fine-tuning the tools that ensure safe and efficient software development and operations.

You will work hands-on on our DevOps platform, on topics such as CI/CD pipelines, code management, and security scanning tools. You will work closely with the ‘consuming’ teams, the users who work with the platform offered on a daily basis.

What will you be doing as a DevOps Engineer?

In our DevOps platform team, you will work on a backlog with some heavy technical challenges. In doing so, you will be given a lot of autonomy, space to apply and build on your own experience.

The DevOps Engineer plays a crucial role in developing, selecting, managing, configuring and optimizing various tools and platforms that support secure and efficient software development and operations. This function covers a broad spectrum, including IDEs, version control (Git), CI/CD (Azure DevOps & GitHub Enterprise), Security (SAST, DAST), Issue management and Collaboration (Jira, Confluence), Quality (SonarCloud, SauceLabs), AI tools, and IAM. Your skills/qualities

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering or equivalent work experience;
• 3+ years' experience in software development;
• 3+ years' experience in DevOps, SecOps, or similar roles;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Good skills to communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub);
• You are using AI technologies in your daily workflow/coding practices (GitHub Copilot and even an AI engineering toolkit);
• Experience with security tools such as SAST/DAST (e.g. SonarQube), vulnerability analysis, dependency analysis (e.g. Dependency track);
• Experience with Azure and/or container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus;
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud products (like Dynamics 365, Power Platform) is a plus;
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
