The Internship
This Internship offers an excellent opportunity for a student graduating from their undergraduate or master’s degree in 2026 to gain tangible experience in a global alternative investment management firm and to work directly with the Chief of Staff for the Firm’s CEO. The Internship will be for 6-12 months, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to use and build upon their theoretical knowledge with responsibilities across management, marketing, sales, communications, legal and compliance, risk, and investments.
The Role
We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, and detail-oriented intern to support our firm’s Chief of Staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Research & Insights
- Research and compile comprehensive executive and stakeholder briefing materials to prepare leadership for high-profile meetings, conferences, and engagements
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic initiatives and inform firm-wide decision-making
- Synthesize key takeaways from conferences, publications, and media coverage into actionable insights for leadership
Marketing & Content Development
- Support the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including pitchbooks, client presentations, and other business development collateral
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop and distribute internal communications
- Assist in managing and updating the firm’s social media presence in alignment with brand standards
Executive & Operational Support
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to coordinate CEO media appearances, conferences, and external events
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documentation for leadership meetings
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Participate in cross-departmental working groups, tracking action items and ensuring timely follow-through
- Ensure all materials and deliverables meet the firm’s operational, regulatory, and security requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and discretion when managing confidential business, client, and personnel matters.
- The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
US Base Salary Range
$35 - $40 USD
