The team's top priority is hiring an Account Director who brings a strong blend of influencer expertise, digital creative strategy, and a deep understanding of pop culture — someone who can identify emerging trends, translate them into smart, culturally relevant recommendations, and lead integrated campaigns across earned and influencer channels. While influencer leadership and creative strategy are the primary focus, it's equally important that this person has strong media relations experience and can develop and drive a thoughtful earned media strategy that complements the broader communications approach.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Act as primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource and counselor to clients
  • Lead integrated campaigns across earned and influencer channels, ensuring both work together to support the broader communications approach
  • Identify emerging trends and pop culture moments and translate them into smart, culturally relevant recommendations for clients
  • Stay ahead of the emerging world of AI, exploring how new tools and technologies can enhance creative strategy, media outreach, and campaign execution
  • Oversee and implement strategic communications programming
  • Develop and drive thoughtful earned media strategies that complement influencer and digital creative efforts
  • Execute creative campaigns, brand partnerships, and influencer programs
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities of daily workflow of multiple accounts while driving consistent media results
  • Communicate account status to agency management regularly
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing materials, particularly presentations, program plans, and media strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and team members on an ongoing basis; anticipate and address clients' needs
  • Troubleshoot media, team, or strategy problems as they arise; seek senior management input when appropriate
  • Motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
  • Strive to develop the best communication and presentation skills possible to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues, and others
  • Conduct and lead monthly conference calls and meetings with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the media, influencers, and their agents
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members on effective pitching, team issues, account workflow, and general account issues
  • Participate in the development of materials for new business opportunities including timelines, proposals, business decks, and case studies; assist in generating new business leads
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients
  • Misc. research, duties, and projects as required

Here's what you have:

  • B.S/B.A in Public Relations or related field
  • At least 6 years of PR agency experience
  • Strong blend of influencer expertise, digital creative strategy, and a deep understanding of pop culture
  • Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into culturally relevant campaign recommendations

  • Strong media relations experience with the ability to develop and drive earned media strategy
  • Experience with and genuine interest in the emerging world of AI, including its applications in communications, content creation, and campaign strategy

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
