Account Supervisor, Measurement & Insights

Miami, FL

Account Supervisor, Measurement & Insights

We are seeking an Account Supervisor, Measurement & Insights to lead performance measurement and strategic insights across 5W's integrated client portfolio. This role will own how we define, track, and communicate success across PR, influencer, social, and paid media programs, and will uncover the audience, cultural, and competitive insights that shape smarter strategy from the start.

This is a strategic, client-facing role that combines hands-on analytical expertise with leadership. The Account Supervisor will build measurement frameworks, guide junior analysts, and turn data into recommendations that inform both campaign optimization and big-picture planning. It's ideal for someone who is equally comfortable proving what worked and figuring out what to do next, and who wants to help build and scale a growing Measurement & Insights practice within an integrated communications agency.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Measurement Strategy & Frameworks

  • Lead the development of measurement strategies and KPI frameworks for client programs, ensuring metrics ladder up to business objectives across awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Build integrated measurement plans at the onset of campaigns, defining goals, benchmarks, data sources, and success criteria in partnership with account teams
  • Establish and evolve agency-wide standards for earned, owned, shared, and paid media measurement, including share of voice, sentiment, message pull-through, and earned media impact
  • Advise on attribution and incrementality approaches that connect communications activity to business outcomes

Audience & Strategic Insights

  • Deliver audience, cultural, and competitive insights that inform campaign strategy, creative development, messaging, and channel planning
  • Lead social listening and media analysis to identify emerging trends, conversation drivers, audience sentiment, and white-space opportunities for clients
  • Develop competitive landscape and benchmarking analyses that position client performance in context
  • Partner with strategy, creative, and account teams during planning to ensure programs are grounded in data from day one
  • Support issues and reputation monitoring, providing timely analysis of conversation and coverage during sensitive or fast-moving moments

Performance Analysis & Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary measurement and insights lead on client accounts, presenting results, findings, and recommendations directly to client stakeholders
  • Oversee recurring reports and campaign wrap-ups, ensuring every deliverable tells a clear, strategic story rather than a list of numbers
  • Identify optimization opportunities across channels and partner with PR, influencer, social, and paid teams to act on them in-flight
  • Design and oversee testing programs (A/B testing, creative testing, audience segmentation) and translate results into strategic direction

Dashboarding, Tools & Data Infrastructure

  • Own the architecture of client dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, GA4, platform-native tools), ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and client-ready
  • Oversee data aggregation across social listening, media monitoring, influencer platforms, paid media, and web analytics into cohesive views of performance
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, data sources, and research methods that strengthen the agency's measurement and insights capabilities
  • Maintain high standards for data governance, accuracy, and documentation across the team

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and develop Data Analysts, providing guidance on analysis, quality control, insight development, and client communication
  • Review team deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and strategic value before they reach clients
  • Delegate effectively and manage workflow across multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning within the team

New Business & Agency Growth

  • Play an active role in new business pitches, developing pre-pitch audience and landscape insights, measurement approaches, and performance narratives that differentiate 5W
  • Contribute to thought leadership, trend reports, case studies, and credentials that showcase the agency's measurement and insights expertise
  • Educate account teams on metrics, insight development, and how to talk about performance with clients

Here's what you have:

  • 6–8 years of experience in analytics, measurement, insights, or digital marketing, with agency experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience developing measurement strategies and KPI frameworks across integrated programs (PR, influencer, social, and paid)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate audience, cultural, and competitive insights that have shaped campaign strategy
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with media monitoring, social listening, and influencer platforms (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Traackr)
  • Deep understanding of paid media, social, and influencer metrics, and how they connect to business outcomes
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for senior, non-technical audiences
  • Confidence leading client conversations and pushing back constructively when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling, survey research, or SQL is a plus

Why you'll love working here:

  • Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits & wellness programs including partnership with ClassPass!
  • Flexible PTO
  • Summer Fridays and Winter, Spring, and Fall Fridays too!
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility and work-life balance
  • Expanded parental leave and family planning support
  • Continuous learning through "5W University" and development initiatives
  • Student Loan Reimbursement
  • Professional Development Support
  • Exclusive access to season tickets for pro sports teams along with Broadway shows, and more!
  • Charitable giving, including matching donations
