As an Account Executive at 5WPR, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients. Leveraging your growing expertise in digital channels and campaign management, you will contribute to the success of client campaigns by actively participating in the activation and utilization of various marketing channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your focus will be on ensuring smooth execution and delivering results that align with client objectives while maximizing return on investment (ROI).

This is a hybrid role based in our Miami or Tampa office, with 2–3 days per week in office.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development of corporate digital, social and executive visibility strategies aligned with broader client communications and business objectives.
  • Conduct research across client priorities, industry conversations, earned media, competitors and cultural trends to inform content planning.
  • Contribute to executive social audits, competitive benchmarking and platform assessments.
  • Assist in identifying content pillars, editorial opportunities, platform priorities and measurement frameworks.
  • Stay informed on platform changes, emerging formats, AI/search developments and social best practices.

Content Development & Execution

  • Support day-to-day execution of executive and corporate social programs across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Draft social copy, executive thought leadership, content calendars, briefs, monitoring reports and client-ready materials.
  • Support short-form video development through research, scripting, clip identification, timestamps, captions and platform packaging.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, video editors and other specialists to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Maintain calendars, trackers, approvals and deliverables across multiple accounts.

Monitoring, Insights & Optimization

  • Monitor client, industry and cultural conversations to identify meaningful content opportunities and potential risks.
  • Pull platform analytics and support reporting on content and channel performance.
  • Help identify patterns across topics, formats, creative and audience engagement.
  • Translate performance data into initial learnings and recommendations with senior team guidance.

Integrated Communications & Collaboration

  • Work closely with PR account teams to identify opportunities to extend earned media through executive and brand social channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer, paid media and analytics teams as needed.
  • Understand how earned, owned, executive and social content work together within an integrated communications program.
  • Support cross-functional workflow and ensure digital deliverables remain aligned with broader account priorities.

Client & Account Management

  • Participate in client meetings and provide updates on assigned workstreams.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal account teams and client contacts.
  • Support preparation of client presentations, status reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage assignments and deadlines with strong attention to detail and proactively flag issues.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in channel activation, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within a digital agency or marketing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, email, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, measurement, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Developing analytical skills, with the potential to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize channel performance.
  • Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to contribute to managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Developing communication and collaboration skills, with the potential to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset, demonstrating an interest in staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in channel activation and campaign management.
