Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creative and Technical Writer to join our 66degrees Marketing team.In this role, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling stories about our projects that highlight large global brands and the innovative solutions we help them deliver. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Delivery team and gather insights, develop compelling storylines, and produce captivating case studies. Our ideal candidate understands technology well, is passionate about telling stories and contributing to enhancing company’s external as well as internal communication via Blogs, Articles, Case Studies, Success Stories,Newsletters, Social Media Posts and more.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Develop engaging and persuasive case study narratives and articles that showcase the positive impact of our data, cloud and AI solutions on customer success.
• Brainstorm and craft compelling stories that resonate with our clients and audiences.
• Write clear, concise case studies/ articles that adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Create various long and short form content for various marketing channels.
• Plan a monthly Social Media Calendar and post Social Media Posts in co-ordination with other marketing team members from India and the US.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and format visually appealing content
• Leverage Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Google’s Gemini.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and writing skills in English, specifically aligned with NA and EMEA geographies.
• Liaison with external agencies for SEO specific content generation. Understand basics of on-page SEO and provide clear instructions on Topics, Primary Keywords, Secondary
• Keywords and other focus areas to the content writing partners.
• Analyze content performance (Earned and Owned media) and share weekly/   monthly reports to analyze improvement areas
• Should be able to write content on behalf of the company's leadership for social media posts.
• Co-ordinate with key leaders and managers to gather quotes and data for the content planned.

 

Qualifications

 

• 4+ years of previous experience working within a high-tech B2B space.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people skills
• Ability to translate highly technical information into a compelling story that resonates both with business leaders as well as tech leaders/ decision makers.
• Experience with online content (website copy, SEO content writing, blog posts).
• Possess an editorial mindset: understand what audiences want to consume and how to create it.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives through independent research.
• Experience prompting Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Google’s Bard.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive content.
• Can provide writing samples for review during our interview process.
