Overview of Role
The Resourcing Manager is a key member of the global operations team, responsible for managing the end-to-end resourcing process for Salesforce roles across the organization. This involves close collaboration with hiring managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements. Responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the allocation of resources to projects and initiatives. Proficiency in using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for managing recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain a centralized repository of employee skills, availability, and project assignments.
- Analyze resource demand and capacity to identify potential resource bottlenecks or gaps.
- Develop and implement resource allocation plans that align with project priorities and organizational goals.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocation plans as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Track and analyze key resourcing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Create and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to track resource availability, utilization, and project progress.
- On-Site Collaboration: Expect to be in the office 2-3 days a week to participate in team meetings, collaborative projects, and in-person discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a resourcing, resource management, or operations role.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus(Salesforce is preferred)
- Understanding of resource management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
