Overview of Role

Join our growing London team and global Data and Analytics practice as a Principal Data and AI Architect, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of work for our clients. This dynamic role emphasizes data architecture, visualization, and communication with senior stakeholders. As a Data and Analytics Architect, you'll spearhead technical solutions on diverse projects and across accounts, while playing a pivotal role in crafting and implementing innovative data strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Architect an Agentic Enterprise: Lead the design of data models, data platforms, visualisation layers and autonomous agent workflows based on a strong understanding of business requirements to increase clients’ ROI.
  • Modern Data Foundations: Construct and maintain comprehensive logical and physical data models that accurately reflect and support evolving business needs, ensuring data integrity and accessibility and result in robust, governed data estates that serve advanced analytics solutions and agentic workflows.
  • Business Insights: Leverage traditional, generative and conversational analytics solutions to develop insightful data visualisations with modern capabilities that can shape strategic decision-making.
  • Production-Grade Execution: Lead clients all the way from a concept to a proof of value and finally to a "Production Reality." 
  • Technical Governance: Assure technical quality and delivery feasibility by governing UK project teams’ solution and architecture designs, review feature implementations and testing strategies across multiple projects.
  • Obsess Over Clients: Be on-site with clients in London (3 days/week) to build deep trust with client technical and business executives, guiding them through their approach to data, analytics and AI.
  • Lead with Innovation: Be aggressively curious, constantly tinkering with new tools, models and frameworks to stay up to date with the fast ever changing data, analytics and AI landscape.
  • Be Voice of Reason: Work alongside Project Teams to help connect the dots between business problems and tangible solutions.
  • Lead by Example: Define leadership as elevating others by mentoring the team and rolling your sleeves up to help build hands on when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in Tech Consulting, with 3+ years at a Principal level.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic workflows (ADK, A2A and MCP) and RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Google cloud’s data, analytics and AI tech stack.
  • Experience with solution design in complex enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and data access controls.
  • Expertise in complex SQL and data transformation.
  • Proven experience with large-scale data systems and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. 
  • Experienced in providing technical leadership on multiple projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • London based, willing to travel to client sites (London area) ~3 days/week.
