Overview of Role

This is a junior assisting role, focused on executing assigned tasks, managing segmented data sheets & LinkedIn posts, coordinating with team members, and maintaining internal reports.The Digital Marketing Operations Associate will provide support to the marketing team in day-to-day backend operations, social media assistance, lead tracking, basic reporting, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities
       

  • Assist the marketing team with basic campaign coordination tasks assigned by senior members.
  • Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for daily lead tracking, campaign logs, and data updates.
  • Update CRM or marketing tools with required fields and information as guided.
  • Support creation of weekly and monthly performance summaries using provided data.
  • Create reports or data exports from tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets for webinars/events.
  • Assist in setting up tracking elements like UTM links and form information under supervision.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, shared folders, and internal marketing records.
  • Support the team with basic quality checks—verifying links, checking formatting, and ensuring data entries are correct.
  • Manage and publish LinkedIn posts (company updates, campaign highlights, events, etc.) as instructed by the marketing team.
  • Assist in setting up and managing LinkedIn audiences for campaigns (audience lists, exclusions, filters).
  • Prepare and share internal weekly LinkedIn performance reports (post views, engagements, reach, and basic insights).
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely posting and proper alignment of social media activities with campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or social media support roles.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho, etc.).
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, basic formulas, sorting).
  • Understanding of basic marketing funnel stages (lead → MQL → SQL).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn posting and basic social media metrics.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to email marketing or campaign setup.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or simple audience setup.
  • Basic UTM and analytics understanding.
  • Basic HTML skills (nice to have).
