Overview of Role

We are seeking an expert Oracle JD Edwards CNC Lead/Consultant to oversee, maintain, and enhance JDE landscapes within a managed services framework. The successful candidate will possess extensive proficiency in JDE CNC administration, architecture design, system upgrades, performance optimization, and cross-platform integrations for large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Direct end-to-end JD Edwards CNC administration, encompassing installations, configurations, and environment lifecycle management.
• Operational Support: Deliver high-level production support (L2/L3), managing incidents while ensuring strict compliance with SLAs.
• Maintenance & Patching: Execute JDE Tools Release upgrades, manage package deployments, and apply ESU/ASU patches.
• Architecture Management: Configure and oversee key servers including Enterprise, HTML, AIS, and BSSV, alongside Server Manager and WebLogic.
• Security & Governance: Supervise user roles, security protocols, and regulatory compliance measures.
• Performance & Health: Conduct root cause analysis, performance tuning, and proactive health monitoring of system logs.
• Integration & Collaboration: Facilitate integrations with external platforms (MuleSoft, APIs, DataStage) and collaborate with functional/development teams on release cycles.
• Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and engage in client reporting and strategic improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of dedicated JD Edwards CNC administration experience.
• Advanced expertise in JDE EnterpriseOne (9.x), covering pathcodes, OCM mappings, OMW, and data source management.
• Practical experience with AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator, and WebLogic Server Manager.
• Proficiency in UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating environments.
• Solid grasp of relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Familiarity with middleware and integration technologies like MuleSoft and CDC tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related or equivalent work experience required.
