A Place That Feels Like Home

There’s something different about Red Deer.

It’s in the quiet walks through Waskasoo Park, the everyday convenience of Bower Place, and the kind of community where people remember your name.

At 67th Street Dental, we’re not just part of that community—we’re part of people’s lives.

And we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of something that actually matters.

Why This Role Matters

You are not just the front desk.

You are:

  • The calm in a patient’s moment of anxiety
  • The reassuring voice during an unexpected dental emergency
  • The energy that sets the tone for the entire clinic

You are the first impression and the one patient remembers long after they leave.

About Us

At 67th Street Dental, we’ve created a space where patients feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for.

From family dentistry to urgent care, our team shows up for patients in the moments that matter most.

And we’re looking for someone who will do the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a warm, welcoming experience—every patient, every time
  • Managing and optimizing the schedule with precision and urgency
  • Supporting patients through emergency and same-day care needs
  • Auditing charts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Submitting insurance claims and confidently explaining billing
  • Processing payments and supporting accounts receivable
  • Owning the front desk and keeping the clinic running smoothly

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

  • Dental administration experience (required)
  • ClearDent experience (required – must be confident and efficient)
  • A true go-getter mindset — you take initiative without being asked
  • Willingness to go above and beyond consistently
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • A natural ability to connect with people

Who You Are

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Brings strong, positive energy into every room
  • Sees what needs to be done and takes ownership
  • Treats every patient interaction like it truly matters

Because here, it does.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • A supportive, team-first environment
  • A workplace where you are valued and trusted
  • A role where your impact is felt every single day

If you are someone who brings energy, ownership, and care into everything you do, we want to meet you.
