About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our technographics and signals data product. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality data assets that align with the company's overall strategy. You will oversee the development and ownership of key data assets, including, technographics, job alerts, psychographics and news data, among others by building in-house capabilities and collaborating with external data providers, publishers, and partners etc. 

You will be responsible for creating innovative, AI-driven solutions that transform data into actionable insights while strengthening 6sense’s competitive edge in the market. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of B2B sales and marketing, leveraging partnerships to deliver unparalleled value to customers. 
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy: 

  • Define and articulate the product vision for technographics and signals capabilities, aligning with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. 
  • Build and expand in-house capabilities and collaborate with external data providers, publishers, and partners etc. to expand and enhance data offerings  
  • Develop business cases for new product features that differentiate 6sense in the market. 

2. Roadmap Development: 

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and partnership opportunities. 
  • Drive the execution of product milestones with engineering, design, business analysts and data science teams 

3. Customer Centric Approach : 

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and use cases. 
  • Integrate customer insights into product development and ensure alignment with market demands. 

4. Performance Metrics: 

  • Successful integration and utilization of in-house and vendor-source data, measured by the enhancement of coverage, precision, and quality of technographics, news, jobs, psychographics data. 
  • Define and track KPIs for product success, focusing on adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Monitor the impact of partnership/vendor driven features and continuously optimize based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

5. Thought Leadership : 

  • Represent 6sense as a subject matter expert in technographics and signals product domain 
  • Evangelize 6sense’s capabilities at industry events, with partners, and within customer communities. 

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on SaaS, data-driven solutions, and partnerships. 
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing in-house capabilities and collaborating with external data providers to enhance product offerings.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    - Advanced expertise in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
    - Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and integration.
    - Experience with modern data analytics tools and platforms.
    - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries is desirable. 
  • Customer Focus: Experience in understanding customer personas and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. 
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences.
