This role is designed for an experienced experiential marketing professional with 8 to 12 years of expertise in live, virtual, and hybrid events who excels at translating business objectives into measurable experience outcomes.

Reporting to the VP of ABX, this role serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for the execution and measurable performance of experiential marketing programs. The Senior Experiential Event Manager will ensure events are not standalone moments, but structured, accountable programs that create meaningful engagement and contribute directly to pipeline outcomes.

This role is critical to how 6sense engages strategic accounts and buying groups through high-quality, insight-driven experiences that generate measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how experiences influence buying groups and accelerate sales cycles.

You will bring a clear point of view on what great experiential field marketing looks like, influence strategy, and deliver programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

The Fit

We push the envelope. We move fast and innovate. We put prospect/customer experience at the center of everything we do. Details matter, so if excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering amazing experiences is your thing, join us.

You should love working with marketing and sales leaders to discover where we can innovate to deliver a superior experience. You should be passionate about getting quick wins and value taking programs from “good enough” to “really good.”

We use great technology, especially our own. You should be a technology enthusiast, willing to try new things, and be on the leading edge of what’s possible.

You can pivot quickly when business priorities change. You’re a high-energy, self-starting performer who stays on top of what needs to get done and motivates others to make stuff happen.

The Responsibilities

Experience Design and Execution

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of executive events, field programs, and experiential activations that support revenue objectives.
  • Design audience-centric experiences grounded in data, clear messaging, and defined business outcomes using 6sense.
  • Ensure seamless delivery across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats with consistent brand and operational standards.
  • Translate GTM priorities into structured, measurable event programs with defined KPIs.

Strategic Events and Experiences

  • Support flagship, executive level, and high value field/corporate events from concept through execution.

  • Drive intentional program design focused on audience, messaging, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Oversee vendor, partner, and venue relationships while maintaining strong budget discipline.

Pipeline Ownership and Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, revenue marketing, and field teams to align events to priority accounts and buying groups.
  • Support account-level targeting and pre-event outreach strategies.
  • Ensure structured post-event follow-up processes are in place to drive engagement, acceleration, and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Act as a proactive partner to sales by providing visibility into performance metrics and engagement insights.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with ABX, product marketing, demand generation, content, growth, and marketing operations teams.
  • Influence without authority by providing clear direction, frameworks, and expertise.
  • Share learnings and best practices across regions to help scale what works.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage event budgets with strong financial discipline and ROI accountability.
  • Oversee vendor, partner, and venue relationships to ensure quality, consistency, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, content, product, and operations teams.
  • Leverage marketing technology and data platforms to enhance targeting, registration quality, and attendee engagement tracking.

The Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in field marketing and event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in ABM/ABX and field marketing strategies and execution.
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact through events and field programs.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales and GTM teams.
  • Highly analytical and data driven with the ability to translate results into insights.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced, evolving environments.
  • Hands on, proactive, and accountable with a strong ownership mindset.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
