This role is fully proficient within digital marketing, uses sound judgment to evaluate performance data and select the right methods for optimization, and creatively solves varied campaign challenges across audiences, channels, and account tiers. You will work independently within established practices while building effective networks with internal partners, our digital agency, and external platform contacts to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Evaluate identifiable factors and translate results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Resolve performance issues in creative ways, improve outcomes, and inform practical recommendations for broader digital strategy.

Market and Channel Trends

  • Stay on top of current market trends.
  • Identify new and emerging channels, tools, and tactics.
  • Bring forward recommendations to keep 6sense's digital program ahead of the curve.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage budgets across SEM, display, and social channels effectively.

  • Identifies the factors that matter most.
  • Forms hypotheses and designs tests that produce clear, decision-ready answers.

Internal and External Networking

  • Builds productive relationships with senior internal partners, the digital agency, and external platform contacts.

  • Actively tracks emerging channels and market shifts.
  • Quickly tests and adopts approaches that improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a master's degree.
  • Hands-on experience managing SEM, display, and social advertising campaigns, ideally in partnership with an external agency.
  • Experience measuring and reporting on full-funnel performance, connecting top-of-funnel digital activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience applying an account tiering or ABM approach to digital spend, adjusting targeting and budget based on account prioritization.
  • A track record of building and running experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement in paid digital performance.
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS marketing technology ecosystem, including ad platforms, analytics tools, and ABM/intent data providers.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
