The Opportunity

We are seeking a builder-oriented executive to accelerate our global partnerships and alliances ecosystem. This leader will define the strategy, operating model, talent, and commercial motions required to recruit, enable, activate, and scale partners across reseller, co-sell, agency, consultancy, systems integration, technology, and data channels.

What You Will Own

  • Define and execute the partnerships and alliances strategy, translating company priorities into a focused portfolio of partner motions, investments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and mature the end-to-end partner program, including recruitment, segmentation, onboarding, enablement, certification, activation, and ramp to productivity.
  • Develop high-performing routes to market across reseller, co-sell, agencies, consultancies, boutique systems integrators, go-to-market advisors, revenue technology specialists, and related ecosystem partners.
  • Identify, structure, operationalize, and monetize strategic technology and data partnerships that create mutual customer and commercial value.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, R&D, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to move complex partnerships from concept through launch and scale.
  • Design the partner organization and talent plan, recruit strong channel leaders, and establish the capabilities and operating rhythms needed for sustained performance.
  • Create partner-facing strategies, value propositions, enablement content, commercial frameworks, and contracts that improve activation and execution.
  • Establish a disciplined approach to partner prioritization, performance management, pipeline visibility, and investment decisions while remaining agile and resourceful.

Key Outcomes

  • Partner program acceleration: A scalable partner lifecycle that improves recruitment, onboarding, enablement, activation, and time to productivity.
  • Multi-channel growth: Clear, differentiated motions across reseller, co-sell, agencies, consultancies, systems integrators, technology, and data partners.
  • Technology and data monetization: A repeatable model for identifying and commercializing high-value integrations and data-enabled partnerships.
  • Organizational buildout: A strong partner leadership bench, clear channel ownership, and an operating model designed for scale.
  • Cross-functional execution: Faster progress on strategic partnerships through effective executive alignment and collaboration across field, product, R&D, finance, and legal teams.
  • Partner productivity: Practical enablement and joint go-to-market programs that help partners create customer value and produce measurable business outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Executive-level experience building, launching, or materially scaling SaaS partner and alliance programs, with demonstrated proof points of program maturity and business impact.
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner organizations in SaaS businesses ranging from $100M to $500M in ARR, including designing the partner operating model, clarifying channel ownership, establishing partner performance metrics, and growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue as the business scales.
  • Deep expertise in reseller and co-sell channels, ideally including boutique systems integrators, go-to-market consultancies, revenue operations firms, and revenue technology specialists.
  • Working knowledge of agency business models and how agencies partner with technology providers to create customer and commercial value.
  • Experience developing technology, integration, and data partnerships in close collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including the ability to create mutually beneficial monetization models, negotiate partnership structures, and balance strategic value with execution requirements.
  • A strong industry network and demonstrated ability to attract, assess, and develop high-caliber partner talent.
  • Excellent executive presence and cross-functional influence, with the ability to align stakeholders and advance multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
  • A hands-on, agile leadership style. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, creating content and frameworks, solving constraints, and building with incomplete information.
  • Sales or business development experience is a plus.

Leadership Profile

  • Builder: Creates structure, process, and momentum in an evolving environment.
  • Ecosystem strategist: Understands how distinct partner types create value and how to sequence investments across channels.
  • Commercial operator: Connects partnership strategy to revenue, customer outcomes, and durable mutual economics.
  • Collaborative executive: Builds trust with partner, field, product, and executive leaders and turns alignment into action.
  • Talent magnet: Attracts credible leaders and develops a team capable of operating at scale.
  • Resourceful executor: Moves quickly, prioritizes effectively, and makes progress without overreliance on perfect conditions.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Progress in building and maturing the partner program and operating model.
  • Partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, activation, and ramp to productivity.
  • Quality and performance of the partner-sourced and partner-influenced business portfolio.
  • Execution and commercial impact of strategic technology and data partnerships.
  • Effectiveness of joint go-to-market motions across priority partner channels.
  • Strength, scalability, and engagement of the partnerships and alliances organization.
  • Cross-functional confidence in partnership prioritization, governance, and execution.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
