Lifecycle Marketing Manager

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of 7shifts’ multi-channel (email, push, in-app, and more) lifecycle marketing strategy to drive lead engagement, trial conversion, and monetization of unpaid customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll take a product-led approach to crafting campaigns and programs that capture interest and move customers through the early stages of their journey with 7shifts.

What you’ll do:
- Create and execute lifecycle programs that convert leads into paying customers, including content-specific nurtures, trial conversion flows, and follow-ups at key touch points
- Leverage data to identify and prioritize the most effective channels and personalize messaging to maximize engagement
- Experiment and iterate by testing messaging, timing, and channels to continuously improve performance and identify key insights
- Own end-to-end campaign creation for responsible channels, including audience building, link setup, segmentation, and content development
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on MRR contribution and impact
- Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns and programs to effectively communicate customer journey touchpoints to stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights on channel performance to improve communication, optimize the customer journey, and increase lifetime value
What you bring:
- Experience in lifecycle, email, or growth marketing, with a track record of driving free trial conversion and revenue growth
- Proficiency with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Demonstrated understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle marketing, with a passion for exploring and testing new marketing channels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management acumen, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to excel in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Experience with Appcues, Salesforce, and Mobile Marketing (SMS & Push)
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) organizations
- Experience supporting a fintech product
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Experience in subscription-based business models
