Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager upon starting. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the 84.51° workday.
The Summer Internship is a 10-week program in which you’ll be placed on a business team, deliver tangible value, participate in training & events alongside your cohort, and benefit from team mentorship to support your growth.
Upon completion of the 10-week internship, if we believe you met objectives while demonstrating our 84.51° values, you will be offered a position to join us full-time as part of 84.51°’s Development Program after graduation (or another internship if you have another summer before graduating).
