University Programs / Early Career Paths Overview:

As a rising leader in data science, consulting and engineering industry, we offer different programs to gain experience at 84.51°.

Our Development Program is full-time employment that is designed to support, develop and accelerate entry-level talent in Consulting, Data Science, Engineering and Product & Design. The 2027 start dates are January 25th and June 28th (not all roles are offered in January, please refer to the job descriptions below). Our roles are offered in Cincinnati, OH and Chicago, IL (not all roles are offered in Chicago, please refer to the job descriptions below). Must have graduated by the time the Development Program starts.

Our Summer Internship Program is a 12-week immersive opportunity over the summer that will allow you to gain real work experience working on a challenging project that actually impact the way we do business. The internship is intended to be a pipeline for full-time roles in our Development Program after graduation. Intern roles include Consulting, Data Science, Engineering and Product & Design. Interns must be a student over time of Intern Program to be eligible. The 2027 Summer Intern Program is strictly May 17th to August 6th. Our roles are only offered in Cincinnati, OH. Housing is not provided, though interns can explore options around Cincinnati, such as University of Cincinnati Summer Intern Housing,  Xavier University Summer Intern Housing, or subleases in the area.

Our Semester-based Co-op Program occurs every school semester and is about giving you real work while working alongside one of our teams. The roles we offer vary from semester to semester and include, but are not limited to: Infrastructure & Cloud Technology, Engineering, Product & Design, Accounting, Finance and more. We recruit for co-op roles each semester, if you don’t find the role posted on our website, that means we are not actively recruiting for co-ops at that time, but please check back regularly. Must be an enrolled student during time of Co-op Program to be eligible. Our roles are offered in Cincinnati, OH and Chicago, IL (not all roles are offered in Chicago, please refer to the job descriptions below). Housing is not provided.
