Summary:

Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join the Food and Beverage team as a Bartender at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings with precision and consistency
  • Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating preferences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the club’s beverage program, including wine lists, spirits, and seasonal offerings
  • Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, organized, and stocked at all times
  • Handle member interactions with professionalism, discretion, and a high level of service etiquette
  • Accurately process orders and payments through the club’s point-of-sale system
  • Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service during all dining periods and events
  • Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all applicable laws and club policies
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown for events and daily service

Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
