Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies, including transformer models, to combat and prevent fraudulent activities. This role requires an expert in AI-driven fraud detection systems who can effectively integrate complex models into our risk infrastructure to maintain and enhance platform safety & efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI models, specifically focusing on transformer models, to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities.

Utilize transformer models to analyze sequential data for deeper insights into user behavior patterns that could indicate potential fraud.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to refine data inputs, build and train transformer models to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in fraud detection.

Continuously evaluate and iterate on the performance of AI models, incorporating the latest research and techniques in machine learning and AI.

Responsible for demonstrating the models to stakeholders in alignment with their expectations

Train and mentor team members in AI technologies and methodologies, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation, be responsible for anti-fraud work planning and project management.
What We Look For In You

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology companies, with at least 5 years' experience in fraud detection/prevention, including hands-on experience with AI and machine learning technologies

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing deep learning models and user behavior analytics to detect fraud and security risks.

Hands-on experience with feature designing, transformer, and clustering algorithms.

Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex systems with a focus on fraud prevention and risk mitigation.

Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in startup environments and fast-paced companies or top-tier technology companies

Published research or contributions to the field of cybersecurity, especially in areas relevant to fraud detection and platform security.
