Our Hiring Process:
We believe great engineering teams are built through thoughtful conversations, collaborative problem-solving, and a mutual understanding of how we work. Our interview process is designed to give you a clear view into our engineering culture while allowing us to understand your technical strengths and approach.
Stage 1 — Recruiter Screen A 20-minute conversation with our recruiting partner to discuss your background, career goals, and mutual fit.
Stage 2 — Technical Round 1 A collaborative coding session with an engineer focused on problem-solving, communication, and technical approach.
Stage 3 — Technical Round 2 A deeper technical discussion with another engineer where you'll work through additional coding and algorithmic challenges while exploring your engineering thought process.
Final Round — Onsite Interview Meet with members of our EPD team at our San Carlos Headquarters and James Wong, Co-Founder and CTO, to learn more about XP Health's vision, culture, and the impact you'll make. The onsite interview typically lasts 3-4 hours and is required for all candidates. Travel expenses will be covered for candidates traveling from outside the Bay Area.
