Director of Growth Marketing

A24 is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join our Brand team and drive the growth of our brand businesses—including the A24 Shop, AAA24, and Publishing. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and revenue-driving performance, owning the full funnel marketing approach for product launches and ongoing initiatives. This person will partner closely with creative, media, and business stakeholders to craft compelling marketing strategies that sell our products, while maintaining our brand voice.

We’re looking for a hybrid strategist-doer who can both develop long-term frameworks for success and execute high-performing campaigns in real time. You’ll bring a sharp performance lens to creative ideas and ensure every launch and evergreen campaign is optimized for conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the performance marketing strategy across all A24 brand businesses (A24 Shop, Publishing, AAA24), working closely with cross-functional partners to bring products to market and meet growth goals
  • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies for new launches and evergreen products, grounded in customer insight, creative positioning, and paid media tactics
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Media teams to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure content is optimized for performance, without compromising voice
  • Manage paid media execution across all relevant channels, in partnership with external agencies and/or internal teams
  • Partner with creative teams to build marketing strategies and guide asset creation, tracking performance and iterating where necessary
  • Define and monitor KPIs for all initiatives, using analytics and testing to inform creative approach, messaging, audience targeting, and budget allocation
  • Maintain an agile approach to performance—pivoting quickly based on data and iterating constantly to unlock growth
  • Partner with leadership to manage budgets and forecast growth across DTC channels
  • Continuously identify new channels, tactics, and opportunities to expand our reach and deepen audience engagement

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within brand-forward, direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Expertise in paid media platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a track record of successful, data-driven execution
  • Strong strategic instincts, with a demonstrated ability to think beyond paid media and contribute to broader business and creative decisions
  • Deep understanding of creative marketing—how brand, storytelling, and performance intersect
  • Ability to turn insight into action: you’re equally comfortable analyzing a performance dashboard as you are helping shape a product's positioning
  • Experience working with creative and cross-functional teams to bring complex campaigns to life
  • Proven success in budget management, A/B testing, and optimizing performance based on data
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for A24's voice, products, and audience

Our target salary range for this role is between $160,000 to $190,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
