LA Workplace Experience Intern

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team -- must be available up to 15 hours.

This internship is based in our Los Angeles (West Hollywood) office.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day duties
• Assist with office admin and reception coverage
• Conference room upkeep
• Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
• Organize in-office events
• Run errands as needed
• Light A/V troubleshooting
• Shipping and distributing mail
• Assist with general office email inbox 
• Keep all technology charged and available
• Ad hoc projects as needed  

Qualifications 

• Willingness to work in office 2–3 days per week
• Front desk experience a plus
• Interest in Office Management / People related initiatives 
• Personable, social, and enthusiastic
• Humble, diligent and resourceful
