Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Singapore

As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you will architect revenue growth across Singapore and Korea through strategic channel partnerships and direct enterprise engagement, acting as the sole in-market representative responsible for building Ivanti's presence, pipeline and credibility with large Korean enterprise, financial services (FSI) and manufacturing conglomerate accounts.

This is a channel-led, relationship-driven role reporting to the VP, Sales – Asia. Success depends on your ability to operate independently in-market while working closely with cross-functional teams (Renewals, Sales Engineering, Marketing and Channel) to build a high-touch sales model tailored to the Korean market, alongside continued coverage of the Singapore market.

Reporting Line & Cross-Functional Collaboration

This role reports to the VP, Sales – Asia and operates as the sole in-market sales representative for Korea and Singapore.

Given the scope of the territory and the strategic importance of Korea market entry, close and consistent collaboration with the following cross-functional teams is essential to success:

  • Renewals: Partnering on renewal opportunities and retention strategy to protect and grow existing revenue within the Singapore and Korea install base.
  • Sales Engineering: Engaging Sales Engineering to deliver technical validation, solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept support for AEM/APM opportunities.
  • Marketing: Aligning with Marketing on localized, including Korean-language, campaigns, events and pipeline generation activities.
  • Channel: Coordinating with the Channel team to recruit, enable and manage strategic partners across both markets.
  •

Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority, are important to succeed in this role.

What You'll Do

  • Directly sell Ivanti solutions or orchestrate sales through strategic partners within the Korean and Singapore markets, with particular focus on establishing and scaling Ivanti's presence in Korea.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with high-influence channel partners and customers in both markets, elevating your status to a trusted advisor, including with large Korean enterprise, FSI and manufacturing conglomerate accounts.
  • Uncover and cultivate new sales opportunities, generating and converting pipeline to exceed revenue goals across both territories.
  • Lead conversations with executives and C-level stakeholders, positioning Ivanti's Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) and Autonomous Patch Management (APM) platform as the go-to solution for their IT and security needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewals, Sales Engineering, Marketing and Channel teams to execute in-market plans, protect recurring revenue and drive pipeline generation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closure, ensuring ongoing account management and lasting customer relationships across both markets.
  • Represent the voice of the Korea market internally, providing market insight and feedback on competitive dynamics, customer priorities and channel effectiveness to the VP, Sales – Asia and regional leadership.
  • Travel to Korea on a regular basis, and to other parts of the ASEAN region as required, to support customer engagement, partner development and business needs.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Business-level bilingual fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written), mandatory prerequisite for this role.
  • Extensive enterprise software sales experience, with a strong emphasis on channel partnerships.
  • Proven track record of major account development and exceeding revenue goals in Asia markets, with specific focus on Korea and Singapore.
  • Established network of contacts and proven sales coverage experience in Korea and Singapore, with the ability to build new contacts for pipelining where required.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the business culture, etiquette and regulatory landscape of the Korean market.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across Renewals, Sales Engineering, Marketing and Channel functions to drive shared outcomes.
  • Ability to reach out, collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders across borders and time zones.

Preferred

  • Prior experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, IT service management or related enterprise IT solutions.
  • Existing relationships within Korean financial services institutions (FSI), large enterprise or manufacturing conglomerates.
  • Experience working within a channel-first or partner-led go-to-market model.
