Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented professional with expertise in programmatic advertising to collaborate with analysts in executing programmatic campaigns through our in-house DSP platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with analysts to understand campaign goals, design effective media strategies, and deliver measurable results. You’ll optimize the setup by adjusting targeting, bidding, and creatives, and continuously analyzing the data to find insights that improve results.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns align with both client and analyst expectations and adhere to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across ad platforms, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for innovation in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor programmatic campaigns across different platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and key performance metrics.
  • Have a solid understanding of MMP setup, attribution settings, and tracking logic across platforms to support smooth and accurate campaign launches
  • Work closely with Analytics, Sales, and Creative teams to shape workflows, reduce errors, and improve processes
  • Oversee daily account activities, including budget management, targeting, creatives, pacing, and performance tracking
  • Take ownership of weekly account cleanups, ensuring all setups are properly configured and the correct creatives are active across campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot setup-related issues, ensure seamless campaign execution, and uphold data integrity across all reporting sheets and internal systems.
  • Demonstrate productivity, precision, and initiative to meet deadlines and foster seamless teamwork with analysts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to exchange insights, align on best practices, and develop strategies that drive client success
  • Role requires a strong cultural fit, someone who takes accountability at every stage, collaborates effectively across teams, and maintains a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Ad Operations, with mandatory hands-on experience in one or more programmatic DSP platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret performance data.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, and Word documentation (experience with data tools or dashboards is a plus).
  • Curiosity to stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices that drive campaign ROI.
