Role Overview:

The Associate Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting product operations by building and monitoring performance dashboards, proactively escalating KPI deviations, and developing standardized reporting structures for the business. This role ensures that performance metrics are tracked consistently and transparently, enabling quick response to operational changes and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and continuously enhance performance dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into business and product operations.
  • Monitor key product and operational metrics, promptly escalate deviations, and support timely interventions for business continuity and improvement.
  • Establish and refine standardized reporting structures to enable consistent, transparent performance tracking across teams.
  • Leverage this early-career opportunity to develop strong technical skills (especially in SQL and visualization), deepen business acumen, and strengthen communication across cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Strong foundation in probability, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to structure and present data-based narratives to non-technical audiences.
  • A problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and high attention to detail.
  • Nice to Have:
    - Experience in the programmatic media advertising or AdTech industry.
    - Immediate availability is a plus
