Role Overview

  • The Growth Associate is an execution-focused role that supports the Growth team in delivering high-quality campaign execution and operational excellence.
  • Working closely with Growth Managers, this role ensures campaigns run smoothly through strong coordination across creative, analytics, and operations—while maintaining accurate forecasting, pacing, and reporting.
  • This role does not own strategy or client relationships. Instead, it plays a critical role in driving execution, ensuring consistency, and enabling Growth Managers to focus on revenue expansion and client strategy.
  • Based in Manila, Philippines, this role supports EMEA and Americas markets and operates on a night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Execution & Coordination
    Manage day-to-day campaign execution, internal requests, and cross-functional follow-ups across AdOps, Creative, and Analytics.
  • Creative Workflow Management
    Coordinate asset collection, creative requests, approvals, and ensure timely launch of creatives. Monitor performance and flag fatigue or gaps.
  • Forecasting & Revenue Tracking
    Maintain accurate forecasts and trackers, monitor pacing vs targets, and flag risks or underperformance early.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Support
    Track campaign performance, identify anomalies, and coordinate optimization requests with internal teams.
  • Client Support Preparation
    Prepare reports, decks, and summaries to support client calls and QBRs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years in AdTech, digital marketing, customer success, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Clear written communication and follow-through

Nice to have:

  • Experience in mobile advertising, programmatic, or UA environments
  • Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot) or workflow systems (Jira)
