Who We're Looking For:

An assistant teacher who’s not only ready to teach — but ready to lead. You’re driven, dependable, and eager to make a lasting difference in your students’ lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Aid the Learning: Support your Lead teacher in the implementation of curriculum.
  • Mentor Your Team: Guide and support to foster a cohesive classroom
  • Partner With Parents: Build strong, ongoing relationships and share progress updates with families

What You Bring to the Table:

  • DCF 45 Hours (active and completed)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year in a licensed childcare setting
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
  • Background Check Passed
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Available Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
