The Role 

We're looking for a leader to join us as a People Operations Manager. You will report into the Director of People. This is a Full-Time Remote opportunity based in the United States. In this role you will focus on Onboarding & Enablement to lead our onboarding experience, training programs, and enablement strategies to drive a seamless transition for new hires and continued on the job training for employees. This role is crucial in ensuring an engaging, structured, and scalable onboarding process that enhances retention and overall employee success.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Own the Onboarding Experience – Design, implement, and manage an engaging onboarding process that aligns with company culture and business objectives.
  • Develop and Optimize Enablement Programs – Create and execute training initiatives that support both new hire integration and continuous employee job development.
  • Training Designer and Communicator - Be able to design presentations, Infographics, other educational materials to accelerate and retain on the job training with the assistance of an LMS system.
  • Multilingual Training Ability - Must produce training in English but comprehension of Tagalog is preferred
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and Leadership to ensure a cohesive and effective onboarding and training experience.
  • Track & Analyze Success Metrics – Monitor engagement, retention, and onboarding success rates to refine and enhance the overall experience.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, and employee enablement, preferably in a multi-state or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices, employee development strategies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, onboarding & training platforms, and process optimization tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus points for experience in healthcare or startups, and a certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.).

This is a Full-Time position with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000 + annual bonus and benefits.
